Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship in the U.S

How long does shipping take?

  • USA domestic orders are shipped via USPS depending on which shipping option you choose (ex. Standard is 3-8 Business Days), not including weekends/holidays.

How do I track my order?

  • All domestic orders come with a standard tracking that updates within 24-48 hours of shipment. the Estimated Delivery date on your tracking is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. CK Creates is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen mail. Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, is not our responsibility. Please contact the carrier if you have any issues. Thank you. 

Returns

How do I return an item?

  • All items are FINAL SALE.

Can I cancel my order?

  •  Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed as long as it hasn't been marked as shipped. After 24 hours or the order has been marked shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. 

Can I exchange for a different item?

  • We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the items but if you have a problem with your order, please contact us to discuss as these situations are treated on a case-by-case basis.

What is the processing period? How long does my item take before shipping?

  • Since all products are made to order, please allow a 3-5 business das processing period PRIOR to shipping. CUSTOM orders may take up to 1-2 weeks processing period. 

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, please email us at shopckcreates@gmail.com for custom order inquiries. Please remember, once payment confirmed, processing period may be 1-2 weeks prior to shipping.
