- Want a specific and CUSTOM MADE cup? Choose from one of our designs, select the appropriate options, and we can definitely create a cup of your choice. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND CUSTOM MADE cups may have a longer processing time.
- On the Checkout screen for SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS, Please advise what design and Lid Color (16oz-20oz Libbey Cups only) you'd like. If left blank, I will email you for your design choice.
- If you choose the SNOW GLOBE OPTION, please note what color glitter you want on the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS on the CHECKOUT SCREEN. No answer would be automatically chosen by us based on design and lid color.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
-Please do not leave the bamboo lid soaking as this would create mold. Always make sure it's put away dry.
- Keep Glass cans away from harsh/ sharp surfaces as this will scratch the glass.
- Hand wash ONLY
- Not microwave-safe
- Not dishwasher-safe
- Avoid extreme heat or cold

PROCESSING PERIOD
- Since all products are made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks processing period PRIOR to shipping. CUSTOM orders may take up to 2-3 weeks processing period.
SHIPPING
- USA domestic orders are shipped via USPS depending on which shipping option you choose (ex. Standard is 3-8 Business Days), not including weekends/holidays. All domestic orders come with a standard tracking that updates within 24-48 hours of shipment. the Estimated Delivery date on your tracking is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. CK Creates is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen mail. Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, is not our responsibility. Please contact the carrier if you have any issues. CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed as long as it hasn't been marked as shipped. After 24 hours or the order has been marked shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
RETURN POLICY
- All items are FINAL SALE. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the items but if you have a problem with your order, please contact us to discuss as these situations are treated on a case-by-case basis.
